As part of being a full solution provider we assign each retailer and distributor an Account Manager. The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for ensuring overall implementation success and maximizing value of CommerceHub® products and services at customer accounts.
The AM works with you to understand your merchandising, operational, and technical strategies and works internally to develop solutions that support these strategies. AMs have previously consulted with Fortune 500 companies and have experience in retail, supply chain, and e-commerce technologies.

Each retailer or distributor fulfillment network has specific messaging, data field, and business rule requirements. The CommerceHub® implementation team adheres to a standard set of processes that are customized to meet each client’s unique needs.
The implementation starts with formation of an experienced CommerceHub® team dedicated to your project. The integration process begins immediately and starts with a thorough understanding of the messages that will be exchanged, along with business rule enforcement, data element identification, and packing slip document requirements.
The integration project follows a three-phase methodology:
Analysis and Discovery Phase
The goal of this initial phase is to transform the scope of the project as outlined in your contract to a detailed system configuration for your ONE Connection®. The deliverable from this is the project Statement of Work (SoW).
Development Phase
During the next phase, CommerceHub® performs development and system setups. Sample messages and packing slips are created and provided for approval.
Partner Testing and Release Phase
The purpose of this phase is to perform end-to-end testing of all messages exchanged between you, CommerceHub®, and the pilot suppliers included in the testing phase. Once you approve the test cases, the release to production begins.
The release process begins after the receipt of your User Acceptance document. There is a two week regression testing phase that must be performed prior to your account being released to production.
The CommerceHub® implementation team remains with your account through your successful release to production.
